Youth ministry

Connected

Connected is our Sunday morning youth group, happening during the service. We stay in for the first bit of the service, and then go out for some teaching and discussion and games and milkshakes, seeking to apply what the Bible says to our lives. Aimed at ages 11 to 14.

ReCreation

ReCreation runs 7pm to 9pm each Thursday in term time normally in church. We cater for School years Y6 (Summer term only) to Y11+. We play games, have craft activities, eat snacks, look at how being a Christian affects our lives and encourage each other change our world. 

We like to be spontaneous, so may not always be in church. Please contact our youth worker, Nick Seaman if you're thinking of coming down, or for more information about Youth ministry at St Chads.

All of our youth leaders are checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service and agree to follow St Chad’s child protection policies, to help keep our young people safe. More information is available here.
