Geocaching involves using a GPS device or geocaching app to find a 'cache'.  The most common form is a container, which can be any size from a piece of gum up to a massive box!  The co-ordinates you're given will take you to ground zero, GZ, and the container can be within a 7m radius of this point.  It's not always exact if there are lots of trees or tall buildings, you just have to guess, or use the hint.

If you miss or can't make the service, to find the first co-ordinate, put 'N53 20.400 W1 29.180' into google maps to find the location. [Clue: feeling bored?]  There you will have to find a container to reveal the next location's co-ordinates and hint.  At the second location you'll have to either solve a puzzle or find a container to reveal the next location's co-ordinates and so on until you've visited 6 places.  Don't worry, we will provide handy hints to help you! You can tackle one clue per day or a few in one go, it's up to you.  We just ask that you put any containers back exactly as you found them and please try to be stealthy!

There will be a prize to anyone who completes the treasure hunt and all will be revealed in the last clue!  We hope that lots of you will take part and enjoy treasure hunting in Woodseats.
