Children and youth ministry

Pray for any leaders you know and for parents and carers.

• Sunday children’s groups: Connected, Kingdom Kids, Kingdom Kiddies
• Youth ministry: Connected, ReCreation (Thursday)
• Toddlers (Wednesday morning)
• Local schools: Abbey Lane, Woodseats, St Thomas's, Meadowhead, Mercia, All Saints, Birkdale  and School Pastors

Third Age

• Natter (Tuesday morning)
• Memory Café (Meeting fortnightly, Saturday morning in Church House)

If you could have up to five things that you long for God to do in St Chad's, what would they be? 
In St Chad's there is a large box turned into a ‘Pentecost flame-painted church’.
Pray-ers are encouraged to write on the fingers of a paper hand, up to five things they long for God, by his Spirit, to do in our church community.
 They can then stick their hand, using a star sticker, onto the Pentecost church box.

Sing a new song to the LORD!

Let the whole earth sing to the LORD!

Sing to the LORD; praise his name.

Each day proclaim the good news that he saves.

Publish his glorious deeds among the nations.

Tell everyone about the amazing things he does.

O nations of the world, recognise the LORD;
recognise that the LORD is glorious and strong.

Worship the LORD in all his holy splendour.
Let all the earth tremble before him.
Tell all the nations, “The LORD reigns!”
The world stands firm and cannot be shaken.
He will judge all peoples fairly.

    Let the trees of the forest sing for joy before the LORD,
for he is coming!
He is coming to judge the earth.
He will judge the world with justice,
and the nations with his truth.
